Hi, I'm Beth
I'm a contemporary photographer based in Cardiff, South Wales.
Firstly, thank you for wanting to find out a bit more about me and what I can offer you!
I began taking photos in 2015 and, after finding a passion for the art form, continued on to complete a 1st class photography degree in 2021 at The University of South Wales, giving me an extensive 9 years of photographic experience.
After graduating, I continued my photography on the side of full time jobs, picking up freelance work and offering my services to develop my skills.
What I particularly love about photography is capturing personality. Whether that's a candid moment at an event, or encapsulating a brand voice into a still image. Think of me as your story-teller. I'm here to project your unique narrative to your audience, in a way that is beautiful and emotive.
I understand that not everyone is camera confident, it is my job to make you feel at ease- I want you to not only look good, but feel good too. Photography is not just about taking a pretty picture for me, I want you to have a good time, so you can look back at the images and remember how confident the shoot made you feel. Expect some god-awful jokes and watch me get in to ridiculous positions so I can get you THE shot.
To me, portraiture is a relationship between the photographer and the subject that is empowering and raw. We both open up a part of ourselves that makes for beautiful imagery to captivate an audience in an unspoken group conversation.
Therefore, communication is key. You can expect updates before and after our photoshoot and lots of prompts and guidance during them. I have years of customer facing work experience so you can count on clear communication!

Likes: Dad jokes, fantasy books, adventure films, heavy metal AND pop ( to be honest any music- I love a good party), Japanese food, the beach, oat lates, yoga, sunny weather but also a crisp winter morning, self-care and beauty.
Dislikes: Mushrooms (sorry not sorry), judgement (very 'listen and we don't judge' here), spiders, self-depreciating talk (only hype on my photoshoots).
